In this tort case, the trial court awarded judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Joseph Brandon Locke, who was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with a car driven by a pizza deliveryman. The defendant pizza company appeals, contending that the trial court erred in assessing no fault to the plaintiff.
