This is an appeal from an order denying a motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm.

Defendant-appellant Markland was prosecuted for first-degree murder and other offenses. In exchange for a waiver of the death penalty, the defendant entered into a plea agreement with the State.
