In this eminent domain case, School District No. 12, Adams County, appeals the judgment of the trial court awarding Security Life of Denver Insurance Co. $9,274,520 along with attorney fees and costs. On cross-appeal, Security challenges certain evidentiary rulings. We affirm in part, reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
