Durham filed his original complaint against Mississippi Space Commerce Initiative (MSCI) and Allan Falconer, in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, for damages that he suffered personally from an alleged breach of a commercial lease agreement purportedly entered into by MSCI and Gulfport Shopping Center, Inc.
