¶ 1. Derrick Poss pleaded guilty in the Lee County Circuit Court to armed robbery and was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with fifteen years to serve, five years on post-release supervision, and five years suspended at the close of successful post-release supervision. He filed a petition for post-conviction relief in the circuit court, which was summarily denied. He appeals...
