In this employment discrimination case, Defendant1 moves for summary judgment on Plaintiffs claims brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the "ADA"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. Upon consideration of the parties' briefs, the record evidence, and the relevant law, the summary judgment motion is GRANTED for the reasons stated below.
