GRUENDEL, J.

The plaintiff, the Law Offices of Neil Johnson, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing its appeal from the decision of the employment security board of review (board). The board affirmed the decision of the defendant administrator of the Unemployment Compensation Act, General Statutes § 31-222 et seq., finding the plaintiff liable for unemployment contributions regarding Dorothy v. Parsons, its former employee.
