¶ 1 In this landlord-tenant dispute, Warrene Reed appeals from the trial court's order dismissing her complaint and sustaining her landlord Patrice Dupuis's preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer. Reed asserts that her complaint averred sufficient facts to hold her landlord liable on a theory of negligence.
