OPINION BY PANELLA, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Aaron Daniel Rabold, appeals from the judgment of sentence1 entered on August 11, 2005, by the Honorable Margherita Patti Worthington, Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County. After careful review, we affirm.
