Almerico, appeals the December 21, 2006 judgment of the trial court which itself was rendered on appeal from a judgment of the Harahan Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board affirming the actions of the appointing authority, Harahan Police Chief Peter L. Dale, in terminating plaintiff's employment.
