Now pending before the Court is a Petition for Adjudication of Civil Contempt, in which the National Labor Relations Board ("Board") alleges that Georgia Power Company ("Georgia Power") is in contempt of this Court's March 8, 1999 Judgment in this matter. After reviewing the Board's contempt petition, we directed Georgia Power to file an Answer and directed the Board to provide this Court with copies of any documentation which it believed supported...
