OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Donald Lightcap, Jr. ("Lightcap") appeals from the Allen Superior Court's revocation of his probation. On appeal, Lightcap raises two issues, which we restate as:

I. Whether Lightcap was denied due process when the trial court admitted testimony and evidence from a previous proceeding before the same trial court; and, II. Whether there was sufficient evidence to support the revocation of his probation.
