PER CURIAM.
The appellant's failure, without cognizable excuse, to file a timely appeal from the adjudicator's adverse determination of her unemployment compensation claim rendered the appeals referee without jurisdiction to consider the appeal. See § 443.151(3)(a), Fla. Stat. (2006). This Court is similarly bound by the law to affirm that determination. See Leon v. Unemployment Appeals Comm'n,
