Defendant-Appellant Katherine Meladie Robertson appeals from her conviction for conspiracy to use an interstate commerce facility in the commission of a murder-for-hire, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1958(a). Following her conviction, Ms. Robertson was sentenced to 120 months' imprisonment followed by 24 months' supervised release.
