On July 9, 2007, C.D.S. ("the father") filed a notice of appeal and a motion in this court to vacate a circuit court's June 28, 2007, judgment and to stay that court's proceedings pending the appeal of that court's judgment modifying custody. We grant the father's motion to vacate; we also remand this case and order that it be reassigned to a different circuit court judge upon remand.
