Tom Hodges and Robert H. Adair, Jr. (collectively "Hodges"), appeal from a judgment of the Baldwin Circuit Court granting a permanent injunction in favor of Gulf Highlands Development, L.L.C., and Merrill Land Company (collectively "Gulf Highlands"). We affirm.
