Defendant-Appellant Pedro Chavez-Calderon appeals from the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to one-count of illegal reentry of an alien after deportation, see 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) & (b)(2). He was sentenced to fifty-seven months' imprisonment—a term of imprisonment at the low end of the advisory Guideline range—and three years' unsupervised release.1 Our jurisdiction...
