Dr. James Burke Downing appeals the district court's ruling that he breached the applicable standard of care in his treatment of Mr. Christopher Cascio and that the breach was a cause-in-fact of Mr. Cascio's damages. The trial court found in favor of Mr. Cascio and against Dr. Downing. The trial court was correct in its holding that Dr. Downing breached the applicable standard of care and that the breach was a cause-in-fact of plaintiff's damages...
