The appellant, James Pesci ("Pesci"), appeals a final judgment finding him to be a sexually violent predator and civilly committing him for treatment pursuant to sections 394.910-394.932, Florida Statutes (2006), commonly referred to as the Jimmy Ryce Act ("Ryce Act").
