Defendant has been convicted by a jury of: knowingly causing an explosive device to be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service with the intent to kill or injure another person in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1716; and possession of a destructive device in furtherance of a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A).
