This case involves a vehicle stop, which led to the discovery of fifty-one pounds of cocaine hidden in the spare tire. Kenneth Lyons appeals from the district court's denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment for want of a speedy trial and denial of his motion to suppress evidence.
