This case concerns several contract and tort claims arising out of the planning, construction, and operation of a medical office building in Cheyenne, Wyoming. That project turned out to be a financial disaster for the plaintiff, Memorial Hospital of Laramie County, which has sued its consultant and de facto landlord, Healthcare Realty.
