Bankers Trust Company and Lennar Partners, Inc. (collectively, "Appellants") appeal a final judgment entered following a jury trial, finding Lennar liable for negligent misrepresentation and both Bankers Trust and Lennar liable for violating Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act ("FDUTPA"), section 501.201-.213, Florida Statutes (1999).
