{1} Defendant Alex Trujillo was originally sentenced pursuant to a plea agreement that was silent on the issue of habitual-offender proceedings. After revoking Trujillo's supervised probation and adjudicating him as a habitual offender, the trial court enhanced Trujillo's underlying sentences.
