Rintin Corp., a Panamanian corporation, appeals from the district court's order confirming an arbitral award in a dispute between Rintin and Domar, a Bermudian corporation. Rintin was the minority shareholder and Domar the majority shareholder in a holding company, Dominicana Cement Holdings, S.A., which in turn owns 70% of Cementos Colon, S.A., which owns and operates a cement plant in the Dominican Republic.
