The plaintiff, A.F. Lusi Construction, Inc. (plaintiff) appeals from a Superior Court judgment in favor of the defendant, Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (defendant). Judgment was entered pursuant to an order granting the defendant's motion to dismiss the plaintiff's complaint in its entirety for failing to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and for lack of standing.
