MOORE, J.

Nathaniel Mitchell appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute. After a remand from this court, the district court resentenced him to 15 years at hard labor, including five years without benefits, on the cocaine charge, and five years at hard labor and a fine of $10,000 on the marijuana charge, but made these sentences concurrent instead of consecutive.
