Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District (hereinafter the Grievance Committee) served the respondent with a petition verified December 23, 2005, containing six charges of professional misconduct. The respondent served an answer to the petition dated June 13, 2006. After a preliminary conference and a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all six charges, except charge three, paragraph 9, which he did not sustain...
