STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The events leading to this medical malpractice case began on June 16, 1999, when Denile Stamps sought the services of Denardo Dunham, D.P.M., regarding pain in the toes of both feet. Dr. Dunham's diagnosis was that Ms. Stamps had hallus valgus interphalanges bilateral feet, as well as both hammertoe deformity and mallet toe deformity. The defendant claims he discussed
