The plaintiff, Carolyn Bonnie Ruffino, ("Ms.Ruffino"), appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing her personal injury action against the defendants, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate") and Roxanne Dier ("Ms.Dier"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
