FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. On November 19, 2004, Sam Turner pled guilty in the Lowndes County Circuit Court to one count of sale of cocaine. Turner was sentenced to pay a fine of $5,000 and to serve twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Another sale of cocaine count was retired to the file.
