On September 24, 2007, a jury found defendant guilty of maliciously conveying false information by telephone about an alleged attempt to destroy a city hall and school by fire and explosives in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(e). This matter is before the Court on Defendant Michael Parker's Combined Motion For Judgment Of Acquittal
