The Defendant, Roger Lehman, appeals from the juvenile court judgment, denying his exception of prescription and finding him in arrears for failure to pay child support as previously ordered by the court, in the amount of $12,374.17.1 For the reasons which follow, we vacate the judgment and remand to the juvenile court for further proceedings.
