Lawrence Samuels, Jr., pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (crack cocaine) with a reservation of some appeal rights. He was sentenced to 210 months imprisonment. He argues the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence, failing to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea based on ineffective assistance of counsel and failing to vacate the plea agreement based on the doctrines of mutual mistake...
