Francis Eugene Wilson, Jr., appellant, was tried by jury in the Circuit Court for Washington County for disarming a law officer, second degree assault, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and disorderly conduct. During the trial, he claimed that his arrest was illegal and moved to suppress "anything that subsequently flowed from" that arrest, including the very testimony presented establishing his guilt of assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct...
