¶ 1. Horace Paul Burrows (Burrows) was indicted by the Grand Jury of Harrison County in August 2004, for the crimes of Count I — sexual battery and Count II — possession of a controlled substance. A jury trial was held in relation to Count I — sexual battery of the indictment. A unanimous jury found Burrows guilty of Count I — sexual battery.
