On June 11, 2004, Charles Peterson was indicted for three counts of burglary in the second degree, violations of § 13A-7-6, Ala.Code 1975. He pleaded guilty to one count of burglary in the second degree, under Count I of the indictment, and he was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment.
