¶ 1 Integrated Project Services ("General Contractor") appeals from the June 13, 2005 order that granted the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by HMS Interiors, Inc. ("Subcontractor"), on the basis that Subcontractor was not contractually obligated to indemnify General Contractor for liability incurred after Subcontractor's employee, Joseph Lloyd, sustained injuries on the construction work site owned by Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories...
