Janet Casper, on behalf of the estate of William Pete Casper ("the Estate"), appeals the order of the Full Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana ("the Board") dismissing the Estate's claim against Casper's former employer, L.E. Isley & Sons, Inc. ("Isley").
