[¶ 1.] Renee Christensen, attorney for plaintiff Susan Pearson, appeals the circuit court's imposition of discovery sanctions against her in two consolidated personal injury cases. The circuit court imposed the sanctions because Christensen had solicited an opinion from plaintiff's physician regarding the permanency of plaintiff's injuries, yet Christensen failed to disclose the physician's opinion in the defendants' first discovery request....
