We review the report and recommendation of the referee1 following the entry of a stipulation by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) and Attorney Edward James FitzGerald. As requested by the stipulation, the referee recommended that Attorney FitzGerald's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for 90 days.
