MARKEY, J.

Defendant was charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material, MCL 750.145c(4), and one count of unauthorized access to computers, MCL 752.795. A jury convicted defendant of unauthorized access to computers. The trial court sentenced defendant to serve 3 ½ years' probation and 120 days in jail. The court also ordered defendant to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offenders Registration Act (SORA), MCL 28.721 et seq...
