Chad Gillispie pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. The district court1 sentenced him at the bottom of the advisory guideline range to 108 months. Gillispie appeals, arguing that the court should not have applied a guideline enhancement for possession of a firearm in connection with the offense and that it should have varied downward from the guideline...
