PER CURIAM.

Travis Suomi (Defendant) appeals the final order denying his rule 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. The sole issue raised by the instant appeal is the summary denial of his third ground for relief. We reverse that summary denial and otherwise affirm.
