On February 20, 2004, in case number 445-864, the State filed a Bill of Information charging Christopher Harvey with one count of simple burglary, in violation of La. R.S. 14:62. The defendant failed to appear for arraignment on March 30, 2004, April 6, 2004, and April 14, 2004. On April 22, 2004, the defendant appeared for arraignment and pled not guilty. That same day, the court found the defendant in contempt...
