[¶ 1] Penny A. Black, who was convicted by a jury in the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) for hindering the apprehension of the killers of Julius Petrovic, appeals from the judgment of conviction for hindering apprehension or prosecution (Class B), 17-A M.R.S. § 753(1-B)(A)(1) (2006).
