FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Michael Trice was indicted for sale of cocaine on October 19, 2004. On February 6, 2006, Trice entered a plea of guilty in the Circuit Court of Lee County to the sale of cocaine. He was sentenced to serve twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with fifteen years suspended and ordered to pay a fine of $5,000 plus court costs.
