On November 12, 2004, Mary Jane Adams ("Mary Jane"), a resident of Richmond, Virginia, fell at the Goldstrike Casino ("Goldstrike") in Tunica County, Mississippi, and sustained a neck injury, severe chest wall pains, and multiple rib fractures.
