Several parties who suffered injuries on the Cheyenne River Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota challenge the district court's1 determination that their claims against the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) were barred by the discretionary function exception to the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346, 2671-2680. We affirm.
