The respondent father appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to open the default judgment terminating his parental rights to his minor child.1 On appeal, the respondent claims that the court abused its discretion when it denied the motion to open the judgment and improperly determined that opening the judgment was not in the best interest of the child. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
